Troubleshooting

Connection popup closes without connecting

Ensure popup blockers are disabled for our site. Try using a different browser or clearing your browser cache.

"Access denied" error

Make sure you are signing in with the correct Front account. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cookies and attempting the connection again.

Connection shows as expired

OAuth tokens may expire. Simply delete the connection and recreate it to refresh your authorization.

Cannot access certain inboxes or conversations

The integration can only access resources that your Front user account has permission to view. Check your Front role and inbox access settings.

Security & Privacy

Maton takes your privacy seriously. We only access the data necessary to provide the integration features you use. Your Front credentials are never stored - we use secure OAuth 2.0 authentication, and you can revoke access at any time.
